Windsor - November 10, 2013 - Ryan Foss scored the only goal in a shootout, as the Spitfires came back to beat the Plymouth Whalers, 4-3, at the Compuware Arena on Saturday night.

Remy Giftopoulos, Cristiano DiGiacinto and Josh Ho-Sang had the other goals for Windsor (11-6-0-0), which won its seventh straight game.
Trailing 3-2 in the third period, Ho-Sang scored a highlight reel goal that tied the game with 5:07 to play.

Overtime solved nothing, setting the stage for Foss to win it with a nifty deke on Alex Nedeljkovic (31 saves). Dalen Kuchmey made 22 saves in the win.
Mitch Jones, Victor Crus Rydberg and Mathieu Henderson had the goals for Plymouth (7-12-0-0), who lost to the Spitfires for the third time this season.

The Spits are back at it Sunday afternoon, as the London Knights visit the WFCU Centre.

Gametime is 2:05.
