Today, I was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of a great lady, relentless supporter and a dear friend. Judy Bobka passed away yesterday. Our sympathies to her husband Dan, her daughter Sarah and family. Cornwall, SDG, and the province at large has lost a wonderful human.

Stoney Point - April 10, 2015 - Today, I was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of a great lady, relentless supporter and a dear friend. Judy Bobka passed away yesterday. Our sympathies to her husband Dan, her daughter Sarah and family. Cornwall, SDG, and the province at large has lost a wonderful human.

Judy was a tireless volunteer and advocate for the Ontario PC Party, CCVS and Cooper’s Marsh - just to name a few. I was fortunate to have spent a great deal of time with Judy in my 2007 Provincial election campaign. We had many long conversations on countless rural roads throughout the riding. We have kept in regular contact ever since. I will miss her regular emails - full of insight, wit and thoughts.

I learned a great deal from her and will always remember her positive approach, “can-do” attitude and dedication to the people and causes she believed in. I feel privileged to have had Judy in my life. She has supported me in so many ways.

RIP Judy. You will be missed.
