Cornwall Police conclude investigation of fatal crash on Second

The Cornwall Community Police Service has concluded its investigation into the single motor vehicle collision and resulting fatality that occurred on the morning of October 22, 2011 on Second St East. Police have interviewed all relevant witnesses in this case, conducted an extensive review of the scene evidence and examined the vehicle involved.

Cornwall - Nov. 10, 2011 - The Cornwall Community Police Service has concluded its investigation into the single motor vehicle collision and resulting fatality that occurred on the morning of October 22, 2011 on Second St East. Police have interviewed all relevant witnesses in this case, conducted an extensive review of the scene evidence and examined the vehicle involved.

It was determined that the collision and resulting fatality did not fall within the criminal standards as per the provisions of the Criminal Code of Canada.
