Chatham - January 25, 2015 - Eating local in the winter time can seem challenging, but it's amazing how much food can be sourced locally even in the dead of winter. The Monday menu at Eat What's Good is sporting lots of local organic fare. The chili and soup are made with tomatoes grown at Kerr Farms and onions, carrots and celery from River Bell. The fields at River Bell are still producing lots of kale for their Super Hero Salad. Their juices arrive fresh to them from Pulp & Press in London, where they are made with 100% organic vegetables and fruit grown in London, so with every sip you are helping to support the Ontario Green Belt. It's enough to make everyone proud of the local food movement in southwestern Ontario!

They have everyone's favourite Raspberry Chocolate Walnut Torte on the menu. You've been warned. Monday's Menu

Breakfast: Coconut Super Food Yogurt and Thunder Punch Smoothie (back by hugely popular demand)

Lunch: Chipotle Chocolate Chili, Kale Super Hero, Falafel Unraveled, Black Bean & Edamame Salad and Totally Tomato Soup

Dessert: Raspberry Chocolate Walnut Torte (by the package and as whole 8 inch tortes), Black Bean Fudge, Good2Go Bars

To Drink: Fresh organic cold pressed juice, Organic Hot Tea, Mint Hot Chocolate
