In memory of Mickey Renaud, the Renaud family, in conjunction with the Windsor Spitfires, is pleased to donate $10,000.00 to the Windsor Covid Relief Fund through the Windsor Essex Community Foundation (WECF). The donation originated from a benefactor who was greatly impacted by Mickey’s passing.

Windsor - May. 31, 2020: In memory of Mickey Renaud, the Renaud family, in conjunction with the Windsor Spitfires, is pleased to donate $10,000.00 to the Windsor Covid Relief Fund through the Windsor Essex Community Foundation (WECF). The donation originated from a benefactor who was greatly impacted by Mickey’s passing. Mickey was proud to play for the Windsor Spitfires and always represented his team and home town with great pride and distinction. He would be honoured to know he was an inspiration to such a significant donation.

The donation will assist the WECF with reaching the most vulnerable people in the Windsor-Essex community, and will help the community meet their needs during these most difficult times.
