Cornwall - Apr. 23, 2011 - Cornwall police Sgt. Dave Michaud reaches out to collect spare change from a driver exiting the Brookdale Centre in Cornwall during a 'mall toll' fundraiser on Saturday.
All branches of Cornwall law enforcement participated in the Ontario Law Enforcement Torch Run fundraiser in support of the Special Olympics.
Funds raised from the event will help support community-based Special Olympics activities.
