Windsor - October 26, 2012 - Ovations Food Services at WFCU Centre, is providing Windsor Spitfire fans a new selection on the menu as Armando’s opens up their most recent location at the WFCU Centre, just in time for 2012 Skate Canada International being held October 26-28. Armando’s, a local family-owned restaurant, will now serve pizza by the slice and provide service to premium areas for all Windsor Spitfires home games. Armando’s will also be open for select live events held at the venue.
“We are pleased to announce the addition of Armando’s to our WFCU Centre family” said Doug Sweet, Manager of Arenas and WFCU Centre. “Their expertise in quality food, great service, and community involvement will be a strong asset to our team throughout the 2012/2013 season and for future years to come.”

Armando’s has been a community staple in Windsor since the 1960’s. Established as a family owned restaurant it has expanded and developed into eight local, quality, Italian specialty eateries offering patron’s appetizers, as well as lunch and dinner entrees. Armando’s has also acquired such accolades as People’s Choice Award for best pizza, and the Chamber of Commerce’s Tourism and Hospitality Award.
