BACKGROUND
Over the past 15 years, the Joe Hogan Memorial Golf Tournament has raised more than $500,000 for the Windsor & Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation, in honour of the late Joe Hogan. These funds go towards the purchase of chemotherapy pumps, MRI machines, CT scans, Prostate Brachy Equipment, the Men's Comprehensive Health Program and research.

“We've been able to take a negative situation with the loss of our father and, over 16 years, we have supported our community in hopes that one day cancer will be beaten.” said Doug Hogan.

The Windsor Spitfires Foundation is a proud partner of the JHM again this year. The foundation applauds the efforts of Doug and Dan Hogan, for their years of tireless work in support of cancer care and life-saving research here in Windsor & Essex County.

“We're extremely proud to be involved with the 16th year of the Joe Hogan Memorial Golf Tournament. The success and longevity of the event is the result of the tireless efforts of Doug and Dan Hogan, who have made a huge difference for countless people in our community.” said Shannon Ricker, Windsor Spitfires Foundation Director.
