2023-24 Draft order and divisional alignment

The final standings, including tie-breakers, has been analysed:
- Excalibur finish ahead of Triumph as shown in standings. They split their H2H matches in W6 and W18. PF in those weeks for Excalibur 86, Triumph 84 (narrow split!)
- Rangers finish ahead of Travellers, standings NOT edited to show this. Rangers won H2H matches in W10 and W22.

4 - Liberty
5 - Travellers
6 - Rangers
7 - Wolfpack
8 - Aviators
9 - Blue Jays
10 - Ice Dragons
11 - Triumph
12 - Excalibur
13 - Gladiators
14 - Ruffians
15 - Bounty Hunters
16 - Rustlers


Division winners are then slotted Rank 1-4, to allow them to defend their Division win, making Triumph 4th for purposes of setting the divisions for next season.
