PROPOSAL - Increase the # of draft picks a team can carry

I recently had a good rule question posed to me. "If we are allowed to carry 23 players, why are we not allowed to carry 12 draft picks?"

Therefore I would like to make the following motion:

Seconded by CHEMISTS

That each team will be permitted to carry a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 12 draft picks. This change will take effect the day following the Entry Draft in October of 2024. The entry draft will remain the same length of 10 rounds and each team will be required to ensure that they can field a full Major Line-up at completion of the Entry Draft.
